Dell 5210n Printer – This Excellent Printer Is Easy On The Wallet

Is it Easy to Use? The Dell 5210n Printer allows medium size workgroups to generate print jobs with little muss or fuss. And it has 40ppm print output speed, making it a pretty fast printer. Duplex jobs and the like may drop output to 30 pages, but that’s about it. With so many different types of connection ports, it’s easy enough to get one connected to a network and off to the races.
Toners and Maintenance. The Dell 5210n, like most Dell products, is set up with one year of 24/7 on-site service, if needed. That can be extended a further 4 years, for a fee. The Dell 5210n laser toner cartridge puts out 10,000 pages and optional cartridges can double that amount, which makes the Dell unlikely to see much in the way of service calls.
Wrap Up. The Dell 5210n fits in well in the mid-size workgroup category of network printers. It has various interface ports, so the chances of not being able to connect it to a network seem slim, which will make most any IT professional happy. And with 20,000 pages of optional print output from the Dell 5210n Printer Cartridge cartridge system, it’ll be a durable performer. This unit also makes good use of the toner management software, letting you know when it may need a toner refill. Plus, it comes in an attractive case.
